Today the internet...tomorrow who knows

I think when people create things they have know idea of the potential their creation could evolve in the future. If they did then they would create it like that from the beginning! But that is the great thing about time and documenting history. Scientist and inventors can go back and read what those from the past has documented and enhance their original creation. With time things do get better. I think the developers of the internet had an idea of how big the internet would be, but there is no way they could have imagined that it would go this far.

There are so many things that are being done on the internet these days. You can have webcam conversations from your computer with someone all the way around the world. You can shop, order meals, set appointments, and get who knows what else done on the internet. Im not even sure credit cards were invented at that time so Im pretty sure that the developers did not see that one coming.

Im not 100 percent sure what the original vision for the internet was. I m sure it was for military and government purposes. I doubt they thought everyone in the world would be able to use this tool. As I once said, things get better with time. Im sure the government has all types of new gadgets that we are unaware of but we will get our hands on them soon. It seems like everything good in technology goes through the government first.....I wonder why that is..

Even though none really come to mind right now Im sure there... im sure tvs have come along way. I bet they never thought they would have all these flat screens and hdtv and things like that. Im sure they will keep enhancing in the near future.Telephones have come along way to. You use to have to call the operator to get in touch with someone....now you can carry your phone in your pocket. Im sure the future will bring many other new and exciting things.
